Dear Members and Guests,

The 2012 Automotive Safety Council Annual Meeting will be another can't miss event with the speakers that will be attending the conference. They include Dr. Adrian Lund, President, IIHS; Ron Medford, Deputy Administrator - NHTSA; Dr. Kishiro Ono, Director- JARI; Dr. Stewart Wang, University of Michigan Trauma Center; Dr. Michiel van Ratingen, Secretary General, ENCAP; Michael Jarouche, VP Humanetics; Tomiji Sugimoto, Executive Chief Engineer, Honda Motor Company; Saul Billingsley, FIA/WHO Decade of Safety Director; Julio Arcoverde, President of DENATRAN, Government of Brazil and many member company speakers from around the world. We are blessed to be able to offer the highest caliber of speakers, even beyond the largest industry conferences. I hope you will take full advantage of this opportunity to hear the latest in automotive safety and to support your organization.

This year's meeting is at a great venue in Scottsdale, AZ at the Westin Kierland Resort and Spa which features a world class golf course right the back door and is adjacent to the upscale Kierland Shopping/ Dining are in North Scottsdale. Of course, when we are done meeting for the day, the Scottsdale surrounding area offers a multitude of outdoor, historical and cultural opportunities to enjoy. These include, hot air balloon rides at sunset over the desert, lazy river rafting down the salt river surrounded by the natural desert flora and wildlife, jeep 4x4 touring in the desert, Shopping in Old Scottsdale, tours of the Desert Botanical Gardens or the Heard Museum of Native American History, visit the Frank Lloyd Wright's Taliesin Home and Design School, come early or stay late and day trip travel to Sedona or the Grand Canyon as well as Spring Baseball training camps. No matter what you choose, you will have a great time in addition to learning about the latest in auto safety from the world's best speakers.

Don't forget that spouses, significant others or children are encouraged to come and enjoy all the events.
