In almost two decades, Inrix in Washington state has collected data from 500 million vehicles, apps, devices and other sources to provide to transportation agencies and planners. The analytics it provides is aimed at reducing fatalities and relieving congestion. CEO Bryan Mistele says mobility-as-a-service will become a standard for the transportation sector.
