Biden Administration announcing Wednesday that it is prioritizing $800 million to redesign roads, improve sidewalks, and make other upgrades to address the increase in US traffic deaths.
Traffic deaths jumped from over 10% over the last year results in the highest number killed on American roads in almost two decades.
While there is much progress to be done, this investment is a step in the right direction.
